Greenlantern IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking to add a top performer to our sales team to strengthen the outbound engine we’ve built and drive consistent business growth.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined, consultative salesperson with a proven ability to build rapport, manage complex deals, and close new business. This role demands someone who thrives on execution, works structured pipelines, and maintains tight CRM hygiene — no loose ends.
What You Will Do:
- Own the post-demo sales funnel — move deals from interest to closure
- Follow up consistently via phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS
- Manage complex negotiations with senior executives and decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Keep pipeline clean, updated, and accurate in CRM
- Take charge of account mapping and lead sourcing to keep your funnel full
- Create and close new opportunities through outbound prospecting and warm leads
- Use a consultative approach to qualify prospects and design tailored solutions
What You Bring::
- 5–7 years of B2B SaaS or IT sales experience (telecom or CRM software preferred)
- Experience using and updating CRM systems rigorously
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in handling senior stakeholders
- Self-driven, highly accountable, and great at follow-through
- Bonus: Experience selling to ISPs, TSPs, or telecom businesses
