Inside Sales Representative – Outbound Prospecting (Telecom/ISP Segment)

We are looking for gritty, phone-first inside sales professionals to drive top-of-funnel pipeline for our CRM360 and SaaS solutions for ISPs and telecom operators in India.

If you believe in the power of fanatical prospecting, love the grind of high-volume outreach, and thrive on hearing “yes” after 39 “no’s” — this role is for you.

Your Mission:

  • Make 40+ outbound calls daily to cold lists of ISP and telecom decision-makers across India
  • Supplement outreach with WhatsApp, email, and SMS follow-ups
  • Conduct pre-call research to tailor conversations and increase connect rates
  • Log all activities, call notes, and outcomes into the CRM with discipline
  • Book and organize 10+ demo sessions/month for the sales team
  • Maintain a clean, well-qualified pipeline at all times
  • Actively collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine targeting and messaging

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales, preferably B2B
  • Experience selling or prospecting into ISPs, TSPs, or similar tech segments is a big plus
  • Relentless phone energy — you’re not afraid to dial and follow up
  • Strong written and spoken communication in English and Hindi (regional languages a bonus)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp Business is preferred
  • Hunger to win and resilience in the face of rejection
