About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to achieving the company’s revenue goals. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales and digital marketing skills, with the ability to identify prospects, build relationships, and close deals. Experience in Telecom or CRM software sales will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Follow up with prospects and customers to maximize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage lead generation activities through social media, email marketing, and online channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Coordinate content and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Identify new digital channels and growth opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage.
  • Telecom industry or CRM software sales experience is preferred.
